- Business Development Manager (IFS/ERP Software)
Our client, a rapidly growing technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise software solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and lead end-to-end sales for major software implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise software implementation projects, with a focus on IFS and other ERP systems.
- Independently build and grow a robust pipeline of high-value clients.
- Network extensively with executives, technology leaders, and large organizations, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, RFQs, and presentations tailored to Fortune 1000 prospects.
- Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Stay ahead of ERP/software industry trends and deliver competitive insights to leadership.
- Lead and support responses to RFPs for enterprise-scale software transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, enterprise software sales, or account management.
- Proven track record selling implementations of IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other large ERP platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing C-level relationships and engaging large enterprise clients.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and digital business tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IFS, SAP, PMP) are highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close multimillion-dollar deals.
