      This is a long-term contract, hybrid position, with in-office presence required 2 days a week in downtown Toronto.

      The Role

      As our client continues to build out the capabilities of its Project Management Office (PMO), we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects within the Business Intelligence & I space.

      Your time will be split between:

      • Leading Data Strategy projects with the Business Intelligence & Analytics team & Managing a portfolio of Infrastructure & Development projects, ranging from hardware implementations to more complex application development work, providing additional capacity and support to technical leadership.

      This is an excellent role for someone who wants to see the value and impact of their work every day.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Manage multiple concurrent projects using the most effective methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
      • Ensure proper planning, execution, and delivery across initiatives.
      • Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management for complex initiatives.
      • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Provide structured reporting (dashboards, summaries, updates) to leadership.
      • Contribute to shaping the PMO’s best practices and delivery standards.

      • Organizational Strengths: Skilled at tracking, reporting, and ensuring progress across teams.
