Account Manager – Energy, Territory (OEMS/VARs), Telco and Construction Sectors
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving growth in the Energy, Territory (OEMs/VARs), Telco and Construction Sectors. If you enjoy creating new opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and working with innovative technology solutions, this role is for you.You’ll be responsible for prospecting, leading sales cycles, and strengthening partnerships with customers and OEMs. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key part in achieving business growth targets.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new opportunities with mid-to-large strategic accounts.
Lead RFPs, RFQs, public tenders, and proposal submissions.
Build strong relationships with customers, prospects, and OEM partners.
Develop and execute strategic business/account plans to drive growth.
Collaborate with inside sales, solution architects, and marketing to deliver winning solutions.
Manage customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and success.
Consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets.What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales/account management experience in B2B environments (preferably Energy, Telco, Territory OR Construction sectors).
Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
Experience with RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and proposal processes.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Experience in creating opportunities within an account, identify gaps, be creative and be a strong problem solver.
Strong business acumen and sector knowledge.
Self-starter with great communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Why Join Us?
