      Position Summary
      We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Microsoft 365 Collaboration Associate to support end-users across the organization in maximizing the value of the Microsoft 365 suite. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of M365 collaboration tools (including SharePoint, Teams, and related applications), user adoption, process improvement, and project execution.
      The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business units, technical teams, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration, improve document management, and ensure optimal usage of available digital tools. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who is both technically proficient and service-oriented.

      Key Responsibilities
      Platform Administration & Support
      • Manage, maintain, and support the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, including SharePoint, Teams, and document repositories.
      • Implement new features and ensure ongoing optimization of collaboration tools.
      • Create and maintain sites, pages, and repositories; monitor storage, access permissions, and compliance with retention policies.
      • Oversee data migration to Teams and SharePoint as needed.
      End-User Engagement & Adoption
      • Meet regularly with business units to provide tailored guidance, training, and recommendations on effective use of M365 tools.
      • Develop and deliver user education sessions for SharePoint and Teams site maintenance.
      • Identify process improvement opportunities and advise teams on leveraging M365 applications for enhanced collaboration.
      Project Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
      • Work within cross-functional teams to support new digital workplace projects.
      • Create and maintain project documentation, track milestones, and report on progress.
      • Act as a liaison between business units and IT on project-related deliverables and communication.
      Technical Knowledge Transfer & Troubleshooting
      • Document and transfer key knowledge to the Technical Support team to enhance front-line troubleshooting capabilities.
      • Support basic SharePoint and Teams issue resolution, including permissions, access issues, and general platform troubleshooting.
      Policy Research & Implementation Support
      • Assist in the research, testing, and implementation of device management and security policies (Windows, iOS, MacOS).
      • Support the deployment of compliance, authentication, conditional access, and application protection policies.
      • Contribute to the testing and evaluation of tools such as Microsoft Intune and emerging M365 features like Microsoft Copilot (AI).

      Key Qualifications
      • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 support, administration, or digital workplace enablement.
      • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, and M365 administration.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
      • Experience delivering end-user training and creating support documentation.
      • Familiarity with device management tools (e.g., Intune), identity/access policies, and document synchronization.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with stakeholders across business units.
      • Bonus: experience with or a strong desire to learn Power Automate
