• SAP Finance and Controlling Analyst

    • Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP S/4HANA within the organization. This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and play a key role in shaping how the finance processes are integrated and supported through SAP. Key Responsibilities:
      • Analyze and document business and technical requirements through information-gathering sessions and stakeholder engagement.
      • Translate business requirements into effective SAP business processes using Finance and Controlling (FICO) best practices.
      • Conduct design workshops, perform FIT/GAP analysis, and prepare RICEFW functional design documentation.
      • Lead and support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and cutover planning activities.
      • Collaborate with internal and third-party systems for integration mapping to and from S/4HANA.
      • Deliver basic SAP training to end users and provide post-implementation support.
      • Maintain close alignment with finance business leaders and users to ensure solutions meet evolving business needs.
      • Design and develop test plans including test objectives, cases, data, and scripts.
      • Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PM) and non-SAP systems (e.g., Concur, Promax). Qualifications:
      • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
      • 5–8 years of consulting or hands-on experience with SAP Finance & Controlling, including ECC and S/4HANA.
      • At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or significant configuration experience in FICO.
      • Functional expertise across multiple finance areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Internal Orders, Cost Centers, and Profitability Analysis.
      • Proficient in using Fiori applications within SAP S/4HANA Finance.
      • Strong understanding of FICO integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
      • SAP S/4HANA certification is an asset.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
