This is a high-impact, hands-on role that offers direct exposure to both business and technical stakeholders and is best suited for someone who thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

      What you will do in a day:

      • Provide day-to-day support for financial applications, including Intapp Time, ARCS, and act as a backup for Elite 3E.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, service requests, and user inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up.
      • Collaborate with Finance leadership to understand evolving business needs and offer system guidance.
      • Liaise with external vendors for escalated support and patch implementation.
      • Maintain and support both test and production environments, including application integrations and regular patching cycles.
      • Partner with internal IT teams to replicate issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
      • Support best practices around system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

      What you bring to the table:

      • A university degree or equivalent experience; background in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT is preferred.
      • Minimum 4 years of experience in application support, ideally in a legal or financial services setting.
      • Hands-on experience with Intapp Time, ARCS, and ideally Elite 3E.
      • Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with reporting and data analysis.
      • Proven ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into system enhancements or solutions.
      • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
      • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to solve problems and improve processes.
      • Exposure to scripting languages is considered an asset.
      • Prior experience supporting financial systems within a law firm is highly desirable.
