    • About the Role

      We’re seeking a driven and versatile Solution & Project Delivery Manager to play a key role in advancing our clients Information Management (IM) capabilities. This role leads Agile processes within the IM team, manages small projects or contributes to larger programs, and supports business objectives through data-driven solutions.       What You’ll Do

      • Lead Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning) and define Agile team processes.
      • Act as an Agile Lead for the IM team, overseeing Analysts, Power BI developers, ETL, and support resources (on and off shore)
      • Manage small to medium-sized projects or support large-scale programs.
      • Elicit, define, and document business and technical requirements.
      • Work cross-functionally with data scientists, analysts, technical architects, and global stakeholders.
      • Drive integration of new datasets and guide data discovery processes.
      • Own and maintain assigned business applications, liaising with global teams or vendors
      • Provide leadership in data integration, semantic layer design, BI/reporting, and analytics solutions.
      • Engage in early-stage solution architecture and coordinate with offshore/global teams for successful delivery.

      What You Bring

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT or Engineering.
      • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Information Management, Data Warehousing, BI, or data science.
      • Strong proficiency in:
        • Power BI and DAX for enterprise reporting.
        • AWS services including Redshift, S3, Python, Glue, PySpark.
        • Writing advanced SQL for data profiling, analysis, and reporting.
      • Proven project management and business analysis experience.
      • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder engagement.
      • Experience managing or collaborating with offshore/global teams.
      • Strong understanding of dimensional data models and ETL processes.

      Nice to have:

      • Experience with REST API processing and NoSQL databases.
