      Role Description

      This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pricing Manager located in West GTA. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, conducting competitive analysis, and overseeing pricing negotiations. They will collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing for profitability and to ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives. Our Client is looking for someone with strong analytical skills, experience in commodity tracking, and the ability to negotiate pricing changes with clients and customers.


      What you will do:

      • Develop and execute pricing strategies, including price changes and optimizations.
      • Analyze commodity trends and market data to anticipate pricing impacts.
      • Validate cost changes, build pricing models, and provide insights to sales teams.
      • Lead pricing negotiations with clients and coordinate price adjustments.
      • Maintain pricing data in SAP and track key commodities and currency trends.
      • Present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

      What you will bring:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
      • Experience within the Consumer Product Good / Manufacturing / Distributions industry (ideally food and beverage)
      • 3 years of experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing.
      • Experience in overseeing pricing negotiations
      • Collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and finance teams
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Experience with SAP and pricing tools preferred.
      • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
