Our client is a growing SaaS startup specializing in AI-powered document processing solutions. They are on a mission to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure product excellence in every release.
They are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join the team. As a Quality & Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a key role in gathering user feedback, testing the product and supporting your customers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN A DAY- Become the resident expert user of the application, test new features and updates to ensure a seamless user experience
- Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and improvements
- Support clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and inquiries
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for testing and support processes
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience: 2–3 years in SaaS, customer care, or quality assurance roles. Previous office work experience is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Skills: Native-level English, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
- Mindset: A proactive team player who loves solving problems and delighting clients.
