      THE DETAILS:

      We are seeking two Migration Specialists with 2–3 years of experience to join a project-based team supporting a leading client in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a hands-on, onsite role based in Hamilton, requiring high energy, a passion for helping people, and technical expertise in hardware and software migrations.

      WHAT YOU WILL DO IN A DAY

      • Provide deskside support to end users during a hardware and software migration project.
      • Assist with the rollout of new laptops: Hardware, Software and Peripherals, ensuring successful installation and configuration of Windows 11 and Office 365.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to the migration and deployment processes.
      • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical inquiries and concerns.
      • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project delivery and meet key deadlines.
      • Document processes, issues, and resolutions as needed.

       

      WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
      • Proficiency in deploying and supporting Windows 11 and Office 365.
      • Hands-on experience with hardware and software migrations.
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
      • High energy, enthusiasm for helping people, and a customer-focused mindset.

      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

      This is a full-time onsite role in Hamilton, ON.

      Mon – Fri 8:30-4:30

      The initial contract will span 4–6 months, with the potential for long-term extension.

      Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry is an asset but not required.
