    • Business Analyst R&D IT – We are seeking an experienced multi-disciplinary Business Analyst to join the R&D IT Team of our prestigious client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, project support/coordination, data analytics, logistics, and event planning, with a focus on requirements gathering and leading small initiatives.

      As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring efficient project execution, enhancing ways of working & communication within R&D IT department.

      Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed requirements
      • Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiencies
      • Extract and Analyze data, create presentations with meaningful insights
      • Corporate Communications, liaison between business units and the IT team
      • Coordinate and Facilitate clear communication by creating and distributing project-related documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes
      • Develop content for newsletters, social posting, plasma screen graphics etc.
      • Assist Project Managers in planning and executing IT projects
      • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
      • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
      • Coordinate project-related activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
      • Report project progress and deviations from the plan promptly
      • Plan and coordinate logistics for company events (conferences workshops etc)
      • Manage venue selection, catering, transportation, presenter coordination, promotional materials development, signage, and other event collateral.
      • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
      • Oversee presentation technology setup and equipment for events
      • Promote adherence to IT project management methodologies and standards.
      • Create process documents and knowledge articles

      Qualifications:

      • Undergraduate or Graduate degree (in areas related to Technology, or Business/Management is an asset)
      • Certifications (Preferred): o CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), SAFE Agile Framework, PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent.
      • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation techniques
      • Strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, Familiarity with PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate is an asset
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Prompt engineering and ability to use LLM technologies (i.e., ChatGPT, MS Copilot) is an asset

      Experience (Preferred):

      • Change Management experience, previous experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, Knowledge of drug development lifecycle, and familiarity with regulatory compliance and data security in the pharmaceutical domain
