As they continue to expand their operations and enhance their services, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to support their President in driving strategic initiatives and managing daily operations.

      We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President of a leading Commercial Real Estate Lender in the GTA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the President's efficiency and effectiveness by managing personal and business-related matters, including organization, financial responsibilities, investment properties, and capital calls.

      We are looking for an individual with a strong background in tax, accounting, and bookkeeping, coupled with exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.       What You Will Do In A Day (Onsite Position):

      Executive Support:

      · Act as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

      · Manage the President's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient time management.

      Financial Management:

      · Handle personal and business expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established financial policies.

      · Assist in managing investment properties.

      · Coordinate and execute capital calls, working closely with the finance team.

      Organizational Efficiency:

      · Implement and maintain efficient organizational systems to enhance the EVP's productivity.

      · Streamline administrative processes to ensure seamless operations.

      Communication and Liaison:

      · Facilitate clear and effective communication between the EVP and various teams within the organization.

      · Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the EVP.

      Confidentiality and Discretion:

      · Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

      · Ensure the EVP is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.


      What You Bring to The Team:

      · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field

      · Strong background in tax, accounting, and bookkeeping

      · Proven experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives or senior leadership, preferably within the financial services or real estate industry.

      · Proficiency in financial management, including experience with investment properties and capital calls.

      · Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.

      · Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      · Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.

      · Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

      · Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs.

      · Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
