      Our client is looking for an individual who is ready to take on a new challenge running a leading software company in the West. Your main priority will be to grow the company’s topline revenue and improve market position. As the leader and mentor of this team, you will hold responsibility for all aspects of the operations, building out a new strategic roadmap, driving the value wedge and defining the strategy for the business.   

      Key Responsibilities 

      • Oversee Operations: sales & marketing, customer service, professional services, software development, product management, finance and HR
      • Foster a culture of collaboration, value and high productivity
      • Develop & Communicate a clear product roadmap, fresh company vision, overarching strategies and customer centric approach to growth
      • Own, Plan and Manage annual, quarterly and monthly revenue goals
      • Hands-on in day-to-day leading and mentoring the sales strategy team,  software engineering and operational teams: Finance, HR, Customer Support
      • Plan and execute remediation and mitigation plans when required
      • Attend industry events and networking opportunities aimed at increasing market knowledge and awareness
      • Become a SME on the market, the product, and the competition 

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

      • Prior experience in the B2B software industry (supply chain and logistics industry experience is a plus)
      • Expert knowledge and proven successful track record in software industry: Sales & Marketing, Customer Delivery, Project Leadership, Overall Customer Success and Product Development Strategies
      • Ability to create a creative strategic growth plan and improve competitive market share
      • Executive level presence and ability to nurture relationships with C-suite (existing clients and potential new clients)
      • Demonstrated ability to play a role in high-level projects that have an impact on the company’s future direction
      • A natural leader who is enthusiastic, empathetic, personable and passionate about the opportunity to build a positive company culture
      • A strong mentor who enjoys seeing others prosper
      • A resilient, self driven, hard working individual  
      • Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
