      As the Junior Project Coordinator you will use your attentiveness to details, problem solving and communication skills, and project management experience to contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of all services. Under the guidance of the Project Manager and Manager, you will coordinate with utility companies and pipeline operators to design and complete pipeline inspection projects in a safe, timely, consistent, and cost-effective manner that amplify the customer journey and experience.

      Main Responsibilities

      • Coordinate pipeline inspection projects through all stages of design and construction in terms of function, quality, budget, schedule, and approvals in co-ordination with external customers and internal stakeholders.
      • Deliver a comprehensive end-to-end customer journey and experience.
      • Plan robotic pipeline inspection projects; develop project plans for the company’s services.
      • Maintain schedules and documentation to communicate activities with teams and customers.
      • Follow quality standards and apply them to projects.
      • Work closely with other functions to ensure successful completion of inspection projects.
      • Ensure completed projects are fully documented and implementation is consistent and in compliance with specifications.
      • Act as point person for customers; communicate/interact with other functions on-site or from the office.
      • Ensure proper acceptance and commissioning of completed projects for hand over to the user group.
      • Prepare project post-evaluation reports including project cost analyses.
      • Guide and control the project while managing its cost and scope. Maintain overview of project finance and execute any change order in a timely fashion.
      • Conduct site visits as required to confirm project scope or to provide project management during project execution.

      Requirements

      • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proven ability to understand and explain technical matters.
      • Lead technical role for the establishment of pipeline inspection work plan.
      • Post-secondary or college education: Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
      • Candidate must be legally qualified (with a Canadian Passport) to travel and work throughout Canada and the US.
