      Location: Onsite – Toronto (donwtown)

      What you will do in a day:
      • Analyze and structure various mortgage types, including land loans, construction
      loans, and term loans.
      • Collaborate with the origination department to create high-quality Term Sheets
      and Deal Summaries for Credit and Investor approval.
      • Assist in issuing Letters of Intent to clients.
      • Build strong client relationships for efficient transaction processing.
      • Work with the Underwriting and Portfolio Management team to ensure accurate
      Term Sheets and Deal Summaries.
      • Set and achieve personal goals aligned with the company’s objectives
      • Stay updated on industry changes and identify growth opportunities.


      Daily Tasks:
      • Analyze diverse commercial real estate transactions.
      • Create detailed Term Sheets and Deal Summaries.
      • Assist in reviewing Term Sheets and Deal Summaries for investor submission.
      • Communicate with stakeholders to validate assumptions and gain market
      insights.
      • Conduct modeling and quantitative analysis for real estate transactions.
      • Review applicants' creditworthiness.
      • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
      • Prepare Letters of Intent.
      • Provide underwriting materials to potential investment partners.
      • Respond to Investor inquiries.


      What You Bring to The Team:
      • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
      • 2-3 years of real estate lending experience.
      • Exposure to origination and deals pertaining to CMHC
      • Strong commitment to professional growth.
      • Knowledge of Finance and interest in Canadian Real Estate Market.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team skills.
      • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
      • Willingness to work flexible hours and engage in training.
      • Capacity to handle complex workloads.
