      Our client is growing and looking for people who have the right stuff to join their Project Management Department as a Pipeline Inspection Project Manager, specializing in planning and executing ILI robotic inspection projects for pipelines. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the services through detailed planning, execution, and maintaining excellent customer experiences.

       

      Main Responsibilities

      • Manage end-to-end customer experiences for robotic pipeline inspection projects.
      • Develop project plans for inspection services, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
      • Maintain schedules and documentation, facilitating effective communication with teams and customers.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of inspection projects.
      • Ensure thorough documentation of completed projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with specifications.
      • Act as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating communication with on-site teams.
      • Guide project teams, controlling costs and scope while maintaining an overview of project finances.
      • Conduct site visits as needed to confirm project scope and provide on-site project management.

       

      Requirements

       

      • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proven ability to understand and communicate technical matters.
      • Lead the technical establishment of pipeline inspection work plans.
      • Post-secondary education: Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or a Degree in Business Administration.
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or working towards certification.
      • Legally qualified (with a Canadian Passport) to travel and work throughout Canada and the US.

      • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

       

      Nice to Have

       

      • Previous experience in pipeline inspection or working with regulated utilities, energy companies, or pipeline operators.
