      Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Pipeline Inspection Project Manager in the Toronto location.

      Reporting Relationship

      This position reports to the Product Line Manager, MFL Robotics, and regularly interfaces with cross-functional teams to plan and execute pipeline inspection projects.

      Position Summary

      This role operates in a project-based environment, requiring active participation in project planning, execution, and time management.

      Responsibilities

      • Deliver a comprehensive end-to-end customer journey and experience.
      • Plan robotic pipeline inspection projects and develop project plans for services.
      • Maintain schedules and documentation to communicate activities with teams and customers.
      • Follow quality standards and apply them to projects.
      • Work closely with other functions to ensure successful completion of inspection projects.
      • Ensure completed projects are fully documented and implemented in compliance with specifications.
      • Act as the point person for customers; communicate and interact with other functions on-site or from the office.
      • Guide and control the project while managing its cost and scope, maintaining an overview of project finances, and promptly executing any change orders.
      • Conduct site visits as required to confirm project scope or provide project management during project execution.

      What You Should Bring to the Team

      • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or actively working towards certification.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inline inspection.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proven ability to understand and explain technical matters.
      • Experience in a technical lead role for establishing pipeline inspection work plans.
      • Candidate must be legally qualified to travel and work throughout Canada and the U.S.

       

       

      Considered Assets

      • Prior experience in pipeline inspection or working with regulated utilities, energy companies, or pipeline operators.
      • Proven aptitude in project management processes with experience in maintaining project budgets.
      • Exceptional work habits, ethics, people skills, and written/verbal communication, especially in customer experience; a confident, customer-oriented team player.
      • Action-oriented with the ability to anticipate and address concerns.
      • Strong problem-solving acumen.
      • Ability to work under pressure with a calm demeanor.
      • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
