      Job Overview:

      We are looking for a highly talented, knowledgeable, and motivated Project Manager with relevant experience to become a member of our client’s dynamic Unique Ability Team.

      You will be working on state-of-the-art robotic platforms, improving existing designs and introducing new ideas, navigation, and autonomous driving. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in project management and engineering fundamentals, a creative mindset, and a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.

      Responsibilities:

      • Equip all team members with the required information and resources to execute their tasks

      • Manage diverse projects with multi-disciplinary teams

      • Foster a culture based on accountability

      • Assist with defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility

      • Work with the project team and product owner to develop technical goals and assist with technical decisions throughout the project

      • Define and set project scope, milestones, and deadlines

      • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

      • Ensure resource availability and allocation to prioritized tasks, supervising to completion

      • Meet with individual team members to identify obstacles and opportunities, and solutions

      • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and budget using appropriate techniques

      • Measure project performance leveraging KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques

      • Report to stakeholders on project status regularly and when major events require

      • Develop risk management plan

      • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

      • Take initiative on various project-related activities when needed

       

      Must Have:

      • Technical background in a related engineering field, preferably in robotic or automation fields

      • Solid understanding and preferably experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and embedded systems

      • Proven working experience in project management

       

       

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      • Solid organizational skills

      • Strong working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and MS Office applications

       

      Nice to Have:

      • Project Management Professional (PMP)

      • Experience in design and manufacturing setting

      • Experience with robotic systems
