Our client is a fast-growing, Canadian Software company working with mid-size and large companies supporting them with their channel engagement programs.
We’re looking for an eager, enthusiastic and determined individual to join their sales team. You have around 2-3 years of B2B outbound calling experience and are looking for an opportunity to progress your sales experience. This role is an inside sales position that will grow into a client-facing Sales Executive role.
What you’ll do in a day:
- Make outbound calls to prospects, identifying high-quality opportunities
- Research target companies online in order to pre-qualify as sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPIs
- Manage a high volume of leads in Hubspot to build a pipeline
- Qualify opportunities properly to ensure the right level of follow-up
- Schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive
- Accountable for order processing and ongoing customer management
- Follow-up on various marketing campaigns and events with the goal of sourcing additional leads
- Learn and continuously develop your tech and sales skills
What you bring to the role:
- Post-secondary degree, Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous B2B telephone sales experience with proven results 2-3 years
- Exceptional negotiation skills and proven track record of accomplishments
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent telephone manner
- Experience with MS Office applications and online CRMs
- Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are an asset
