As a key contributor to this collaborative Sales Team, you'll dive into a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is at the forefront. - Responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial trusting relationships with customers and suppliers
- With a keen eye for detail, maintain customer & supplier information and intelligence
- Perform Sales and Supply Chain analysis activities such as pricing analysis, trend analysis and product specifications
- Respond to RFQ’s, RFP’s, expedite RFQ requests when necessary to ensure quotation targets are met
- Define Pricing Strategy, perform Pricing Analysis, and prepare Customer Quotes
- Work promptly with internal and external stakeholders to solve any complex customer inquiries
- Ensure opportunities for increase profitability are maximized whenever possible
- Maintain supplier cost and standard customer price lists and up to date current customer and vendor contact lists
- Communicate, negotiate and manage all steps of the product delivery cycle, trouble shoot along the way when necessary
- Process customer orders and PO’s on all sales by confirming all T’s & C’s
- Expedite orders when possible and communicate shipment priorities to vendor partners
- Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to identify areas focused on continuous improvement
- Ensure SOP manuals are up to date and reflect current best practices
- Use the technology available to access and maximize your output
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3-5 years’ of experience as an Account Manager - preferably in manufacturing, industrial product and/or international trade
- College Diploma or University Degree
- Ability to multi-task and manage many competing priorities at once.
- Multidisciplinary self-starter aptitude with tact who can make decisions aligned with corporate goals and company brand.

- You possess Strong Skills and Experience in the following:
- Sales and Account Management
- Customer Satisfaction
- Order / Data Management – attention to detail
- Purchasing / Sales / Sourcing and product logistics management
- Communication / Analytical (strong English communication skills both written and verbal)
- Technology focused
- Organizational / Time management
- Some knowledge of international trade
