      Reporting to the TA Operations Manager,  you will be providing day-to-day support not only during the recruitment cycle, but also be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), troubleshooting system issues, organizing and executing hiring events, and contributing to the development of strategic recruitment programs.

      ON A GIVEN DAY, YOU WILL:

      • Providing operational and system support throughout the recruitment cycle, including managing high volume hourly and salaried offer administration
      • Offering job posting management support, quality assurance, and troubleshooting on internal and external job boards
      • Supporting interview coordination and scheduling via MS Outlook and MS Teams, as well as assisting with new hire set-up and day one onboarding coordination
      • Managing the talent acquisition inbox by responding to inquiries and escalating issues as necessary, in addition to supporting National TA calendar management and quarterly meetings
      • Assisting with TA reporting and distribution, as well as overseeing communication standards, templates, and systems emails
      • Managing administrative support for candidate background clearance, including work permit and SIN validation, and developing and supporting TA projects and programs such as Co-op, Referral Program, System Optimization, and Talent Brand
      • Tracking and processing invoices against TA operational spending.

       
      YOUR SKILLS INCLUDE:

      • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
      • Solid critical thinking, agility, and customer-centric interpersonal skills
      • Strong organization and detail orientation skills
      • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and multitask and work well with high volume recruitment 
      • Minimum 1 year of bilingual (French/English) HR/Recruitment
      • Coordination preferred Proficient in MS Office suite - Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations required
