    • Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager - Our client is changing the way the world interacts when in need of their products. One of the few stocking distributors of their products and a warehouse of over 65,000 unique SKUs, they hold a highly competitive position in their marketplace.

      As the Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager you will build and drive digital growth through the development, execution and management of Digital Marketing strategies aimed at improving the overall customer online experience.

      Digital Marketplace

      Support the design and development of the digital portfolio (E-commerce website, and other emerging technologies). Bring ideas for continuous improvements to the table while managing 3rd party relationships with agencies and consultants

      Execute all digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and online advertising. Maintain a schedule of online promotional activities to generate more visits and digital revenue growth.

      Content Management

      Ensure the online content meets quality standards of the ecommerce plan. Explore innovative new ways to enhance content quality and increase SEO rankings.

      Digital Sales Adoption and Growth

      Measure and report performance of all digital activities and marketing campaigns. Define and track key performance indicators for traffic, conversion, customer acquisition and retention. Identify trends and best practices and suggest new digital initiatives or improvements based on the insights aimed at increasing adoption and sales growth.

      Your Experience

      Drive, passion and desire to build out a program from the ground up

      Encourage collaboration across multiple departments.

      Proven ability to work with open-source E-commerce platforms (Magento, Hybris etc.)

      Working knowledge of website analytics tools and ability to report on key E-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.

      Great knowledge of digital media trends. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

      English and French written and oral skills is an asset.
