    • Senior Assistant to the President Hybrid – work from home and in office on set days

      As the Senior Assistant to the President your focus will be the maximize the efficient operation of the President’s office.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO IN A DAY

      Presidential Office Support

      • Maintain daily inbox communication; triaging and prioritizing for follow-up on issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
      • Respond on behalf of the President in a timely and appropriate manner.
      • Manage a very active calendar, ensuring the President has material prepped for meetings. Plan, coordinate and ensure the President’s schedule is followed and respected.
      • Serve as a gateway role for communication with the President. Handle issues proactively, balancing requests for availability with respect for sensitivity and urgency.
      • Serve as the key bridge for communication between the President and internal teams and external contractors.
      • Attend meetings with the President and independently take notes for the President.
      • Maintain action items and priorities for regular review and updating.

      Project Support
      • Attend project meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting summaries and registries for action items.
      • Follow up, as directed by the President, to ensure action items are completed with updated reports delivered to President as required by him.
      • Prepare and/or maintain spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence regarding project activities. Prepare and/or maintain reporting documents. • Ensure the lines of communication remain open between the President and Project Teams.
