      Reporting to the Chief Client Officer (CCO), as a Senior Client Success Manager you will be responsible for managing various client projects, as well as provide technical mentoring and support for other members of the Client Success team.

      What you’ll do in a day:

      • Work proactively to ensure excellent outcomes for all projects
      • Lead Stakeholder meetings, communications and status update meetings with internal (Sales, Marketing, Leadership) and external client stakeholders
      • Responsible for ensuring project objectives for each project are clearly understood by all team members, coordinating ground-level project execution
      • Liaison between our technical team members and our clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a manner that is client centric
      • Strengthening client relationships by communicating project health regularly and effectively
      • Stay abreast of industry best practices and developments – specifically Google and Adobe partnerships

      What you’ll need to succeed: 

      You are an open and engaged team player with the following characteristics and capabilities: 

      • 3+ years of referenceable digital project management experience in a professional services environment, including working with multiple external 3rd parties
      • PMP designation (preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree in a complementary field
      • Experienced member of project management teams, with a record of building and growing relationships
      • Experience documenting functional requirements for digital projects or products
      • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook

      • Will be considered a definite advantage:
        • Prior experience working in an agency, consulting or professional services organization
        • Basic knowledge of website and app technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, Firebase, SDKs)
        • Interest and knowledge of digital marketing and analytics (Google Analytics or Adobe Experience)
