      Our client is an up & comer in the electronic gadgets market, who has already forged relationships with some of Canada’s top retailers such as; Best Buy, Staples, Amazon, Costco and Wal-Mart.

      They are growing and in the process of building their in-house team, they are on the look out for a Logistics Support Coordinator to help in their Mississauga facility. Preferably someone who has a passion for electronic gadgets, is detail oriented and is pursuing a career in supply chain and logistics field.  

      What you will do in a day: 

      • Fulfill day to day orders, carefully create shipping labels and prepare all shipments for pickup by various logistics companies, selection of the most economical service provider
      • Arrange freight pickups and ensure that freight shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently
      • Inventory planning and replenishment on a regular basis
      • Ensure that inventory levels are always maintained and as per MIN/MAX parameters
      • Use excel to develop various logistics reports (daily, weekly etc)
      • Execute inventory cycle count and investigate inventory discrepancies, as required
      • Manage incoming customer calls for product service inquiries
      • Provide basic product troubleshooting steps to the customers over the phone or email
      • Manage all incoming returns and warranty repairs, coordinate with the engineers to schedule repairs in a timely manner and work within the SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
      • Actively communicate with customers to provide updates on returns/warranty repairs as per SLAs
      • Ad-hoc projects as assigned, based on current and changing business needs
      • This job requires handling and lifting 20-40 lbs boxes

      What you bring to the table: 

      • Ability to work stand alone and in a small team environment
      • EXCELLENT attention to detail and organization skills are a MUST
      • Analytical skills – ability to identify issue and find resolution
      • Process oriented, must have the ability to design/execute business processes effectively and efficiently
      • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
      • Proven customer support experience as a client service representative
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
      • Ability to lift and handle 20-40 lbs. boxes
