Your keen eye for detail and deep industry knowledge will keep every project on point, compliant, and fully aligned with our client’s high standards.

What you’ll tackle day to day:

      • Print Management Support: Oversee 3rd party print production and document center needs, manage historical print assets, support Agencies of Record (AORs) with expertise and file searches, and handle translations when AORs are not involved.

      • Veeva Promomats Support: Close projects in MLR and manage regulatory documentation for Promomats reapprovals.

      • 3rd Party Fulfillment Liaison: Act as main contact for fulfillment, resolve inventory issues, collaborate on approvals, and generate reports for Digital Customer Engagement.

      • Inventory & Ordering Management: Manage online ordering and conference assets, coordinate offshore support, conduct UAT testing, troubleshoot system issues, and serve as vendor contact.

      • Compliance & Governance: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), support audits, and conduct regular compliance checks.

      • Additional Support: Streamline processes, document improvements, assist on special projects, and provide backup support as needed.

      What It Takes to Succeed:

      • Experience: 5+ years in operations support or a similar role, with expertise in print production is required warehouse management, and strong desired experience with Veeva Promomats.

      • Other technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with inventory management systems, and report generation experience.

      • Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of Smartsheet, compliance and governance experience.

      • Strengths: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

If you're a print expert who enjoys keeping operations organized and running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you!
