Business Systems Analyst (Data) –

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with key stakeholders to define & refine views and dashboards, ensuring that operational statistics are accurately presented and aligned with strategic goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Using the Power Platform you will gather requirements and produce data analytics, metrics, dashboards & reports, particularly in response to recommendations from the Auditor General.
Support Strategic Decision-Making: Create standardized reports for service standard times, and support the Executive Leadership Team and the Board with annual reporting.
Drive Performance Improvements: Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our regulatory programs.
Leverage Technology: Use your expertise in Power BI, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft platforms to support the IT team and external partners, ensuring our technology solutions meet business needs.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Work with our managed services provider to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to our CRM technology, ensuring smooth operations.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain systems documentation, champion the products and help train staff to effectively use our IT systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in technical business analysis, CRM platforms, and data analytics. Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Dynamics 365 is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend database management, PowerBI, Dynamics, O365, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business trends, forecasting, and the ability to provide actionable insights.
Collaborative Mindset: A proven track record of working effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
