      As the Senior Director of IT and Security, in this high-impact role, you will architect, drive, and govern cutting-edge IT operations, providing visionary leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services, network, and security projects. Be at the forefront of our Client's IT transformation program, shaping the future of our daily operations and leading the charge towards innovation and excellence.

      Your Responsibilities: Your day-to-day tasks will include:

      • Implement and execute IT infrastructure and security strategy as part of the IT leadership team, ensuring project delivery, status communication, and issue resolution.
      • Oversee Corporate IT infrastructure, security, and technology stack, managing IT budget, policies, and procedures to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.
      • Build and lead a high-performing IT Infrastructure and Security team, fostering an inclusive work environment and ensuring professional development.
      • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans, assessing and mitigating IT and cybersecurity risks.
      • Manage IT assets, ensure licensing compliance, and timely refresh aged assets to mitigate risks.
      • Evaluate and manage technology product selections, vendor relationships, and procurement contracts.
      • Travel within the US and Canada as required.

      What You Bring:

      • University Degree in Information Technology or related major; master’s degree preferred.
      • Certifications in Project Management and Information Security are assets.
      • 15+ years of IT leadership experience, including strategy development and execution, and large-scale IT initiatives.
      • Must have a STRONG understanding of IT/OT Infrastructure Security.
      • Extensive experience with on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, ERP, and MES systems.
      • Knowledge of IT security, compliance, enterprise budgeting, and emerging IT trends.
      • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills, with effective negotiation and problem resolution abilities.
      • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple projects, navigate complex environments & deal with ambiguity
      • Demonstrates creativity, determination, and a drive to succeed, with change leadership skills.
