      Senior Administrative Assistant (In-office position)

       

      Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge? Our client, a large property company based in Kitchener Waterloo, is seeking a smart, proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their CEO.

       

      As the Sr. Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, drafting important correspondence and emails on behalf of the CEO, making travel arrangements and providing general office support. You will be an essential part of their team, working closely with the CEO and other departments to ensure that the CEO's schedule is optimized.

      What you will do in a day:

      • Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO

      ·Attend meetings and take notes

      • Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure that the CEO's schedule is optimized

      • Screen phone calls and respond to inquiries as appropriate.

      • Organize and maintain the CEO's files, both digital and physical.

      • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

      ·Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and make travel arrangements

      • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

      • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

       

      What You Bring to The Team

       

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

      • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

      • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

      • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.


      Would Be Great If You Had

       

      • Legal experience in the property industry is a plus.
