Lead Technical Consultant Systems Integration (Digital Transformation & Automation)

ON A GIVEN DAY, YOU WILL:
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, core production technologies, including infrastructure requirements for the integration of both generic and industry-specific applications
- Lead IT Projects from inception through to implementation and support
- Create, update, and maintain roadmaps and knowledge articles, and facilitate the development of training materials with vendor partners
- Plan and develop endpoint infrastructure designs to meet company needs
- Collaborate thoughtfully with local and global peers and partners, share input into designs/requirements, assist with building Endpoint Product Roadmaps
- Be responsible for input and provide guidance into productivity tool sets and platforms for the end user digital experience which will include PoC validation, product testing and validation, product/service certifications to ensure compliance.
- Educate and train support staff to build knowledge required to provide guidance on designs and solutions for existing products and services
YOUR SKILLS INCLUDE:
- College diploma or university degree in a computer related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT integration projects exceptional understanding of application and infrastructure integration
- 3+ years of manufacturing IT support
- Solid understanding of current Endpoint hardware, protocols, and standards
- Exceptional MS Office skills with experience supporting O365, Active Directory, ERP (JDE), proficient in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, MS Suite
- Knowledge of Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) and architecture
- A strong communicator and analytical thinker who is passionate about contributing ideas and collaborating with a team to solve problems and strive for excellence.
- Knowledge with agile/waterfall project management concepts
- Bonus: Bilingual - Spanish preferred
