      Our client is a leading Canadian based IT service provider, who provides end to end IT solutions to support the existing and growing business needs of their diverse client base. Due to recent significant growth, they are looking for skilled, dynamic Senior Account/Customer Success Manager to join their team in Toronto.

      In this newly created role your main responsibility will be to ensure the utmost satisfaction of one of the most important customer accounts. You will be the liaison between the C level executives, while you manage the overall communication strategy and hold responsibilities as the key point of contact for all of this clients’ immediate and future needs.

      To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication skills, sound ability to understand clients current and future needs, ability to create and develop relationships, strong technical knowledge and a passion for excellence in customer service.

      WHAT YOU’LL DO IN A DAY 

      • Client Communication: provide regular updates to clients on key incidents, and on work progress when required, act as main point of contact for our clients on key matters (beyond the regular channels/processes: escalations, follow up, requests, )
      • Identify client IT needs, issues, challenges, requests, etc. Assess implications and define requirements for operation teams
      • Communicated requests and requirements to internal operation teams / relevant stakeholders
      • Track job order fulfillment to achieve client satisfaction
      • Identify new business development opportunities and grow existing accounts
      • Act as a key point of contact, from first inquiry to invoice, proactively solve emerging issues, consult on work solutions with internal staff, communicate solutions to clients, and support clients throughout the process
      • Maintain and develop client relationships: build successful business relations with existing and/or new clients
      • Regular, accurate and timely reporting on customer status, plans and incidents 

         WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 

      • 5+ years relevant experience in account management/client communication role within IT/MSP industry
      • A university or college degree/diploma
      • Ability to develop and cultivate existing and new relationships
      • IT business development experience and/or selling IT solutions is an asset
      • B2B experience is We are looking for candidates who have worked with large corporate clients
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
      • Keeps up to date on new industry trends and best practices
      • Self-motivated mindset to drive results
      • Open minded, team player, with a willingness to learn and improve
      • Fluency in French is an asset
      • Strong client service skills
        • Ability to work with people (clients and internal staff) in a professional manner
        • Ability to support customers in a tactful and effective manner
        • Show understanding and ability to relate to customers
