      WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

      • The team you work with is responsible for the integrity of a group of business-critical systems

      • Currently, our client is rolling out a new system called Intapp Open. The focus of your role is primary ownership over this new system including:
        • Working with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement changes to this new system
        • Scheduling and implementing upgrades and new features across QA, training & production
        • Ensuring on-going system health - monitoring and maintaining system performance, security (patching and vulnerability management) and back-up/recovery
        • Managing identification and resolution of mismatches of code table values and timekeepers; managing form and workflows design updates; maintaining parties, flags and external
        • Managing all the System Change Management process - working with business teams to ensure system capabilities are optimized; stay abreast of changing business requirements, and effectively plan and manage teams through system change projects (functionality reviews, scripts and testing, as well as training and adoption)
        • System Usage and Performance Reporting – Preparing reports from the SQL database on volumes and metrics of requests/searches handled by the Finance and intake analysts’ teams; reporting on trends in practice or office requests for new files and conflicts searches and reports; reporting on request-approval bottlenecks
        • Establishing and maintaining an effective multi-tier support model for both business process and technical issues
        • Establishing and maintaining ongoing vendor agreements

      WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

      • 5 to 7 years of experience in systems management and administration
      • DBA or SQL administration and report-writing skills (PowerBI OR SSRS)
      • Previous experience with Intapp, Aderant, K2, InfoPath etc. considered an asset
      • Passionate, customer-service orientated, courteous, responsive, delivers with urgency
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      • Experiencing establishing and maintaining relationships with users and vendors
      • Working with QA, production and application support teams
      • Adherence to IT policies and procedures
      • Documents applications based upon appropriate IT department standards
      • Performing duties outside of normal business hours as required
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Passion for continuous improvement and learning
